What we believe

The value is in the business, not in the technology.

AI often arrives as a solution in search of a problem, which is backwards. The value is already in the business, and the technology exists to harness it. We govern ourselves by the five values below.

Our values

  1. 01

We look for the problem, not for somewhere to put AI.

Most of the market starts with the technology and looks for a use. We start by understanding how the business actually runs. That takes longer, and it is where the value turns out to be.

  2. 02

We deliver process first, platform second.

Most businesses do not think about process, so standard operating procedures (SOPs) go unwritten. Fewer still appoint an owner. We fix that before anything is built and teach it, so the results hold long after we leave.

  3. 03

We will not deliver what we cannot measure.

Some work takes cost out, some adds value. Either way the measure has to exist before the build, so the movement can be seen. Most businesses have none, so we put them in place first.

  4. 04

We work within your systems and change them only when the process requires it.

We will recommend a new system only when something is missing or cannot be connected. The goal is to preserve as much of the current state as possible, because every change adds risk.

  5. 05

We build it, not just recommend it.

Advice that stops at a document does not change anything. We own the platform and ship the fix, so what you leave with is a working system rather than a recommendation to go and find one.
